This vision is founded on many years of coaching experience, investigation and education into our great sport. Elite 1on1 will be the program that young players join to both understand the game on an individual level and execute deceptive skills or technique.We are committed to introducing our future soccer stars to various programmes that will assist them in reaching their full potential in the journey of their beloved game, regardless of race, gender or social status. Our programmes uniquely impart basic and critical skills that every soccer player needs to have as they progress through their soccer career.

Individual Training Programs

There is no magic formula to being a pro footballer but there are attributes that every great footballer displays. We have 4 main individual technical programs that every player will possess in varying degrees which will determine the level at which they play.

 

Players need to combine a variety of training scenarios. While group training is at the core of being part of a team, it isn’t everything. A player must have an arsenal of individual skills and abilities available to contribute to the team. So, individual training is vital to player development.

One goal is shared for all young players to learn the foundations and master the technique in order to become world class soccer stars. We aim to develop players and then maintain long-term success.

Consideration

In team training sessions we tend to run soccer drills in various size groups. It seems the most practical way to teach a team and the most relevant to incorporate game situations. However, at any level of soccer, even at the Pro level, it becomes fairly obvious that not all players execute technique or tactics in the same way. Some are better than others, some are more motivated for certain drills, some are physically more suited for certain exercises. Technical Skills, Tactical Development, Physical Fitness, Mental Fitness. All soccer players are different in how they learn, process, and execute any four of these pillars. So augmenting team training with individual coaching is critical. It allows you to understand what prevents an individual from perfecting a particular aspect of the game.
